He is authorized by IRCA to perform Food Safety & Quality Systems audits. He is an accredited Food Safety & Hygiene Facilitator from the Hellenic Food Authorities (EFET). He is also a certified Food Defense Coordinator from the American Institute of Baking (AIB
International Organization). He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology (BSc) & he earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
